Who gets shares in the company?
Shares in the start-up company are distributed to people that contribute
to the company's future. That usually means it is divided four ways:
to the providers of the cash (the Fund), to the providers of the intellectual
property, to the scientific founders and to the employees. The exact
proportions depend on many factors such as the amount of money invested
and the level of involvement of the founders.
